Sometimes it seems funny to fall in love with meticulously crafted cuts or prints and patterns. With all that there is in the world, how can a piece of fabric make you feel anything? But, this skirt strikes something in the core of me. It was instant chemistry.
Tigerlily is a brand that I’ve only recently discovered and I’m quickly learning to love them. I don’t use the term lightly, so you’ll understand the weight of my words when I say, “I LOVE this skirt!” The mosaic patterns of intricate colors and designs take me back to the the souks of Morocco. I absolutely adore bold prints such as this. The fabric is quite sheer, some may only feel comfortable wearing it as a beach coverup, but with celebrities like Rhianna inspiring others to take a walk on the wild side, it has become more acceptable to wear out in public. Of course, wearing suitable bottoms is key. After all we aren’t trying to be floozy…just enough for the imagination to wonder.
